Training for Half-Marathon

Have just started training programme for half marathon early Dec.
Did 10km last year to the time of 1hr 20 mins. Aiming to complete the half marathon in 2hr 30 mins if I keep to the training schedule.

Last night's 12km run was much better than the previous 2 times.
Stopped less frequently and was able to keep a more regular pace. But still it took me 2 hours.
Have gone pretty out of shape haha... Never mind, still have another 14 weeks of training to get back in shape.

Hope I can keep to the training schedule *fingers crossed*
